Based in North of England and Scotland to cover the North of England and Scotland.
A Commercial Executive is required to join the Commercial Team of a Logistics Software Systems provider whose Head Office is in Halesowen, West Midlands.

The Role:
We are seeking a professional sales person working from home, with fortnightly visits to Head Office in Halesowen, to generate new business sales and offer the best PC, Server and Internet Logistics Support Solutions to the SME marketplace.
You will be required to source prospects as well as develop those provided. Make your own appointments and demonstrate the Software Solutions to build and maintain a productive pipeline. As well as recording activities, opportunities and client communication using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
About You:
To be the successful candidate in this role, you will need to be an enthusiastic self-starter with first class communication, interpersonal & prioritisation skills, along with the ability to work well and plan under pressure. With a bright personality, you will possess strong face-to-face and telephone skills and be computer literate (Microsoft). Ideally you will be of a WMS/ERP/CRM/Logistics or related background, but above all, you should demonstrate the right behaviours, be self-motivated, energetic, hard-working and have the personal drive to succeed.

Sales Administrator required for a Logistics Software Systems provider in the Head Office, based in Halesowen, West Midlands to join and support the Commercial Team.

To be the successful candidate in this role you will need to be an ambitious self-starter with first class communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills, and have the ability to work well and plan under pressure. Of enthusiastic personality, you will possess strong telephone skills and be computer literate (Microsoft) and add to the business by handling telephone calls and enquiries, web enquiries, campaigns and events. The secondary requirement is managing the day to day requirements of the company website, so experience in this area would be preferred, however training on all aspects of the role will be provided.
Ideally you will be of a sales, media or marketing background or related environment but above all, you should demonstrate the right behaviours, be self-motivated, energetic, hard-working and have the personal drive to succeed.

Account Manager- Partner Channel
An Account Manager is required to join the Commercial Team of a Logistics Software Systems provider to be based at Head Office is in Halesowen, West Midlands.

The Role:
We are seeking the right person to manage and develop our partner channel, positioning our PC, Server and Internet-based SAAS routing and scheduling products to partner companies who are in the fields of vehicle tracking, mobile data capture and processing, WMS, ERP, CRM etc.
You will be required to manage and further develop the relationships with our partners as well as generate revenue from jointly positioned solutions. You will make your own appointments and demonstrate the LogiX Suite to and with our Partners to build and maintain a productive pipeline.
All activity and client communication will be recorded using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.

Software Implementation and Support
Based at our Halesowen Head Office this role will involve providing implementation and support services to new and existing customers, with an element of internal systems support.

The Role:
This role will primarily be to organise the implementation of our software at new customers and then give onward second line support. This will involve understanding their business requirements and guiding them through the implementation and configuration of our solutions. The same skills will be used in occasionally supporting new sales demonstrations and presentations.
Potentially the right candidate would also be involved in the maintenance and development of the company website.
About You:
To be the successful candidate in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills and a disciplined approach to problem solving, working individually or with a team. A significant element of the role will be at customer sites so you will need to be confident with people at all levels from managing directors downwards. An increasing amount of our new business is in our web-based applications so ideally you will have knowledge of web development and/or support.
A background in logistics would also be a distinct advantage.
