Having evaluated various scheduling systems, Wolseley needed a strategic solution to enable network and distribution modelling and auditing of the current operations across the business. Initially, LogiX PC Suite was used to model primary transport routes to the company's Marston Gate Distribution Center. Within a year of its successful implementation, it was also used for live, daily operational planning scenarios for two further Wolseley companies, Bathstore and William Wilson.
